How did we help a regional dish washer brand to swiftly migrate under a global home care brand name?
A combination of focus groups in which creative projective exercises were used to derive consumers’ innate emotions related to a brand merger & workshop that stirred interesting debates and built more clarity on the business’ roadmap in the category.

How did a global client of ours redefine their understanding of UAE workplaces and identify avenues to innovate?
Full day creative workshop with participation from client’s brand, CMI teams, ad agency & customers themselves, involving ideation techniques and some fun.

How did we accelerate a global beverage brand’s understanding of the MENA region’s millenials?
From digital ethnography to focus groups, a deft combination of techniques are used while delivering the results through an exciting 8 minute film that included powerful stories told by regional millennials themselves.

How did we help a client’s marketing team move closer to their target consumers in Lebanon?
Participants are carefully screened as per the brand’s target definition, followed by 5-day activities (e.g. digital/creative challenges) and a final immersion that enabled an in-depth story sharing session. As an output, we had crafted a sharp presentation, a powerful short film (directed by a locally acclaimed film maker) and a full-day creative workshop.
